Using Carl Maria von Weber’s emotional music, director Kai Anne Schuhmacher tells a modern version of the story. She invites the young audience to participate in individual songs, which they can prepare with their classmates at school before they visit the performance. The impressive atmosphere of the Festspielhaus Bregenz provides the perfect setting for children aged 8 or older to be introduced into the fascinating world of opera.
In cooperation with the Staatsoper Unter den Linden, Berlin, Superar Vorarlberg and the Musikschule Bregenz
