Sophie Heinrich and Maria Radutu share not only a proficiency in playing an instrument and their passion for music, but they have another thing in common: They are storytellers. In their joint program All About Eve they shine a spotlight on female composers and their musical works. The evening focuses on their stories, experiences, motivations and, most of all, their music: the sisters Boulanger, the seething, unwavering force of the music of Afro-American composer Florence Beatrice Price or the imaginative and mystic music of contemporary artist Lera Auerbach.
